CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


PRIVATES
Work one-on-one with a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor who will create an exercise program designed specifically for your body based on a Postural Analysis assessment, your fitness goals and any physical imbalances you may have.

DUETS
Designed to allow two people of similar fitness levels to share the cost and work together with a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor, to reach their fitness goals and improve any physical imbalances they may have.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES for MEN and WOMEN – 50 MINUTES


MAT CLASSES
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Classes
STOTT PILATES exercises are performed on a mat (which is provided) using your own body weight to build core strength, firm buttocks and thighs, tone abs and arms, increase flexibility and build endurance.  We incorporate props such as foam roller, toning weight balls, hand weights, flex bands, resistance circles, and various sizes of stability balls to provide additional intensity and variety to the workout. 
Mat class exercise routines change up so you will never be bored!

REFORMER CLASSES
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Classes
A piece of equipment that is 9” off the floor with a moving carriage, resistance springs, pulleys, and straps. Uses your own body weight and leverage to perform the exercises. Stretches and strengthens your entire body in a totally different way than ever before. Exercise routines are designed based on the level of the class. Will incorporate the use of resistance circles, flex bands, toning weight balls, and the cardio trampoline.

CARDIO TRAMP CLASSES
The Cardio Tramp is attached to the end of the Reformer. Cardio strength training exercises are performed using your body weight to propel off the tramp. The Cardio Tramp workout is based on client’s fitness level and familiarity with the Reformer exercises, at the Instructor’s discretion.

TOTAL BARRE CLASSES
TOTAL BARRE is STOTT PILATES trademark Barre workout that incorporates strength training, cardio, dance, and Pilates done at a ballet barre and on the floor. Movements are choreographed to specific music segments. No prior dance experience is necessary – TOTAL BARRE is for everyone that wants to move. It will definitely firm and tone your glutes, buttocks, thighs (inner and outer), abs, arms, and take inches off your waistline, and shrink that “muffin top.” It is invigorating and fun!
