Rhonda Tubben

Rhonda Tubben is a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor who has accumulated over 550 hours of training in Movement Principles and Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrels, Balanced Body Barre and 3 Dimensional Anatomy. She has a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. She is very passionate about helping clients meet their own fitness goals and making a mind body connection through movement.

Mary-Hartner

Mary Hartner

Mary Hartner is a STOTT Pilates Certified Pilates Instructor in Level 1 and Level 2 Mat and Reformer. Mary has been studying Pilates since 2015, with over 360+ hours of training, 60 hours of anatomy, 60 hours of Apprenticeship teaching and 40 hours of Observation, in addition to taking and passing a very extensive 4 hour exam to obtain her STOTT PILATES Certification. She is passionate about the empowerment a balanced body gives you for every walk of your life.

Lena-Granger

Lena Granger

Lena Granger, a Mason native, graduated from Wayne State University in May 2019 with a BFA in Dance. The Dance curriculum required that a Pilates course be taken each semester for four consecutive years. Lena also served as a Pilates Lab assistance in the Dance Department, teaching weekly Mat and Reformer classes to her Dance colleagues. Lena is currently studying for her Level 1 and 2 Certifications in STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer, Advanced Mat and Advanced Reformer, as well as Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
